Everything on this website, including the Bellcroft name and logo, product photography, illustrations, page copy, and the arrangement of the site, is owned by us or by our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, or use our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission.
Reporting infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright or trade mark you own or represent, email info@bellcrofthome.com with the subject line "IP notice".
What to include in a notice
So we can act quickly, please include all of the following:
- Your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
- A clear description of the work you say has been infringed, and proof that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
- The exact URL or URLs on our site where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do next
We acknowledge every notice within 3 business days. Where a notice is complete and appears valid, we remove or disable access to the material promptly while we look into it, and we notify anyone affected.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email us a counter notice at the same address, including your contact details, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature. We may restore the material after a reasonable period unless the original complainant starts legal proceedings.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly making a false claim of infringement can expose you to liability for damages. Please only submit a notice if you genuinely hold the rights.
