These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. We currently accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom only.
3. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and natural materials such as stone, wood and linen vary from piece to piece. Small variations are normal and are not a fault.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time you order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
We try hard to avoid errors, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will always contact you first.
5. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you place the order. We may decline an order, for example where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where stock is unavailable.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and cancellation
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malicious code, or to scrape, copy or resell its content without our written permission.
10. Our content
All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics and the Bellcroft name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use requires our written permission.
11. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may publish, edit or remove it.
12. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather, or supply failures. We will let you know and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Nothing in this clause removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live, and as a UK consumer you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.
16. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@bellcrofthome.com and we will do our best to put it right. If we cannot resolve it, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
