2. Order confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order and refund you in full.
3. Prices
All prices are shown on the product page and at checkout, and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you complete it. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund the order rather than supply at that price. We will contact you first.
4. Billing information
You confirm that the payment method you use is yours, or that you have permission to use it, and that the billing details you give us are accurate and complete. Orders with details we cannot verify may be cancelled and refunded.
5. When we take payment
Payment is taken in full at the point of order. We do not offer instalments, deferred payment or credit accounts, other than any third party service that may appear at checkout, which is governed by that provider's own terms.
6. Invoices and receipts
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. If you need a VAT invoice, email info@bellcrofthome.com with your order number and we will send one.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation rights, return windows and refund timescales are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these billing terms.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We will nearly always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Raising a chargeback for an order you received and kept may be treated as a breach of these terms and we may recover the amount owed.
9. Failure to pay
If a payment is reversed or fails after dispatch, we may suspend the order, recover the goods, or seek payment of the amount due.
10. Governing law
These billing terms are governed by Belgian law. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live, and as a UK consumer you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.
