Where we ship
Bellcroft currently ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to UK addresses. There is no minimum spend.
How long delivery takes
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days once dispatched
- Typical total: 4 to 9 business days from the time you order
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during sale periods, around public holidays, or if a carrier is delayed. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.
Where orders are dispatched from
Our products are stored and dispatched by international fulfilment partners. The dispatch location is often different from our registered business address shown below. All prices shown at checkout are the total you pay, and no further customs charges or import duties are payable by you on delivery to a UK address.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it. You can also track your order on our website.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We may ask you to cover the cost of sending it out again.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
